The property is located in a rural area with a great view, adjacent to the beautiful nature reserves of Het Leudal and De Beegderheide. The area near Roermond Maasplassen offers excellent opportunities for particating in water sports, whether you are experienced or a beginner.

Parking is provided on site, while public bus station with connections to Roermond or Venlo, is less than 800 meters away. The city of Roermond  is accessible by bike, car, or public bus. Attractions include museums, churches and the historic parts of the town. Shopping in the Outlet Centre is also an attraction.
